An insanely fun card game that introduces code to kids. This game is now introducing coding and computer programming concepts to kids across the world. Using simple action cards, kids get to program their parents or friends to do crazy things while they learn concepts like coding and logic, linear thinking, prototyping and debugging.
The Basics: To play Littlecodr, kids use Action Cards (Step Forward, Turn Left, etc.) to create a set of instructions, or code, to tell you or their friends where to go and how to get there. They will often need to navigate around obstacles, such as furniture, and make adjustments to their code (debug) when things go wrong.
Mission Cards: We provide four different levels of Mission Cards that kids can work through as they become more comfortable with the Action Cards. Missions start out very simple (get your parent from point A to point B) and get progressively more challenging and fun!
Lab Cards: Once you have completed the Mission Cards, Lab Cards allow kids to expand on what they have learned by adding new variations and wrinkles to the missions. They will quickly learn how changing just one Action Card can have a major impact on their code!
