PC Locs - Robust Limited Product Warranty

PC Locs Products are built with the Customer needs in mind and to perform as designed. PC Locs robust limited product Warranty is valid only for the original Customer when the PC Locs Product is purchased through PC Locs directly or through an Authorised Reseller. PC Locs warrant to the Customer that the Product is free of defects in design, materials, assembly and craftsmanship from the date of purchase for a period as specifically set forth in this document (unless such Product is discontinued).

  • Ten-year warranty on the frames of the Product for defects in material and workmanship.
  • Two-year warranty on mechanical components such as but not limited to caster, hinges, doors, drawer runners, handles, lock/padlocks, dividers, shelves, and baskets.
  • Two-year warranty on electrical components such as but not limited to timer module, lock module, power management unit, controller, electrical outlets, power boards, switches, circuit boards, remotes, power buttons, and fans.
  • One-year warranty on cables, fasteners and other items that have an expected limited life.
Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. The contractual rights that you may be entitled to under the Warranty are in addition to these statutory rights. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
